During my studies I spent a year abroad at the Universidad Central del Ecuador in Quito. After completing my degree in translating, I spent three months in Mexico at the Universidad Intercultural Maya de Quintana Roo to do some research for my diploma thesis. In 2015 I completed my final interpreting exams.

Work experience

During my year abroad in Ecuador I worked as a trainee at UNICEF/DINEIB (Dirrección Nacional de Educación Intercultural Bilingüe). In 2011 I worked as an intern at the European Commission Representation in London. Since 2008, I have been a language trainer for English preparing young students for their final English exams and teaching Business English classes for adults. Between December 2014 and February 2015 I worked as an accounting trainee at Filmhaus Wien. During this internship I had the chance to be part of an international film production (Spectre).
